Rude.

Good day, I've always been going to cape town lodge for the past 5 years always had a plesant stay until yesterday when i arrived to check in and was helped with a very unpleasant man, who then asked me what i am here for i told him to check in he asked me for my id in a very rude manner i gave it to him and then he told me that i dont have a booking but i had proof and i made payment via agoda he then told me that he can't help me because i dont have the proper proof i had to wait and he spoke to me in a very rude manner then eventually he helped me after i gave my husband's id. But not only that when we got to our room the bathroom was dirty and the vacuuming in the corridors were just uncalledful for it was loud also i couldn't charge my phone because the plug seemed to not wanna work overral ****ty stay compared to the other times I've been there.
