Poor Service

<p>Booked 5 Rooms for a Business trip over the Easter Weekend.</p> <p>We arrived at the Hotel Friday Evening and stayed in one of the loft rooms on the 9th floor. When we arrived we noticed that the Dstv and Tv was not working , we reported this and they said that they will send someone out to have a look. Nothing happened and we reported this again at Front desk the next morning on our way out , they said that they would send someone out to have a look. On Saturday evening We returned and the Still nothing was working , I called front desk again and they sent out a guy from maintenance.</p> <p>He came to the room and told me that he cant fix the problem and that i am welcome to listen to the radio instead. He will report it in the meantime and that it will be sorted the next day. The next day (Sunday) we went out and reminded reception that the tv is still not working and they said that they will send someone else to have a look. The Sunday evening we got back and still nothing with no feedback from Hotel staff,</p> <p>This was now the 5th time we approached them , eventually they said we can move to another room and this was around 9: 30 pm the Sunday evening so we had to pack our bags and move to another room late the evening before we left the following morning. Really bad communication , lack of feedback and poor service from all the staff at reception as I reported this to a several different staff members</p>
