Poor advertising

I booked a weekend recently thinking ive found the best deal on booking. Com in my request of booking i left a note asking for a smoking area and parking.. Got a email on the day stating there rooms are all none smoking.. Parking was exstra per night. When booking this place there was no where in the t&c that parking was not included in price or to add parking no option to state all rooms are none smoking.. We then requested to get a room with a balcony. The receptions said they do not have rooms with balconies.. However on the online add was balconies and when entering the building we could see 100 of rooms with balconies.. I was even willing to pay the exstra for a better view of the city.. The service was just poor and poor advertising things should be made more clearly so people can book according to there needs!
