PATHETIC SERVICE FOR A 4*

The Service was pathetic from the time We checked in.... Reception is unfriendly.... No porter to assist you... Staff is Loud and valgar, unfriendly and can't be professional.... The manager that is on duty is so Unprofessional, has no way of speaking to you and is not embarrassed as to how she speaks to customer's, its probably a norm ... Our shower didn't work, our bath had no plug!!! Everything was just pathetic and the general manager doesn't get back to about your complaints.... Ive seen bad reviews of this hotel including how pathetic the manager deals with the customers on Facebook, so it possible that he won't get back to us as well !!!!! I'd never recommend anyone there.... I tried to contact the head office but apparently there isn't one, and we not allowed to go further than the general manager.... It gives them no right to treat people as **** as they do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
