Cape Town Lodge hotel

We were booked at the Cape Town Lodge hotel from the 29th Dec -03 Jan for 3 different rooms. 1. The hotel charges for body fluids on beds(sweat etc ) and they dont even have mattress protectors on the beds, 2. Everyday the hotel keys locked us out and had to activate everyday sometimes even twice, 3. The rooms dont have an iron but a centralised iron room for the whole hotel which is such an inconvenience cause there a que. we had a terrible stay honestly
