Bad service and treatment

The staff is very rude from reception to cleaners including hotel managers , only kitchen staff did a pleasant service wish I could rate them separately.

The manger was very arrogant and didn't even wanna give us our invoices and even threatened us. If you want peace in your holiday stay, vacation or work stay I suggest you try another hotel.

For a 5 days stay it was a horrible stay for all of us, pools not working, people are s****ping paints at the entace while you enter it's just too much going on there.
