Bad attitude from security over unstamped ticket

I am so upset! The bad attitude I had recieved while checking out at Cape Town Lodge hotel on 13 August 2018 by the black female security guard (Kholelwa or Kholeka )left me disgusted. We had an argument about my parking ticket not being stamped by reception.furthermore she said that she was not paid to walk up and down for tickets that were not stamped “ andi batalelwa uronta rontela ama ticket angen stamp apa.” As I attempted to follow her and confront her at reception my partner advise I inform one of the staff members of which I did but forgot to ask her name. I also left another compliant at reception about the room service ladies who gossiped about my check out time. I’ve never felt so disrespected in my life I usually get great service from the people at front desk i.e Mohammed, Kevin etc.
