Awful service and rude staff

Just awful service from staff. They made a mess up when we checked in and they did not want to rectify it whe also requested to be refunded as we would rather book into another hotel but we were just told sorry but no! Breakfast area awful and not enough space and you would have to share a table with other guests. Parking is expensive and not included and cars get triple parked so good luck if you think you aren’t going to be parked in. Really a shame on the way they treat there guests
