Appallingly bad hotel. To be frank the worst hotel I've ever come across.

As excited as any person is about a holiday with their spouse or family. We were too. Young, yes we are, but we've worked so hard to just have a lovely holiday. Took 2 years so we wanted a proper holiday. At the desk we were a bit frowned upon, young adults who probably cannot afford it, but we can and are grateful that we can do so.

Anyway with the price per night a free breakfast should be included and a free parking area. I am beyond disgusted with the staff specifically behind the desk. The hotel over charges on room rates and the bar fridges in the room are ridiculously prices!!!! Obviously, my mistake, granted, I decided to skimp on the R60.00 parking per night and park just outside where there were a decent amount of cars parked. We went for dinner and returned left our car parked outside with only my lipice and maybe R10 coins with my pillow( ancient). So nothing worth taking. My car was broken into amongst many other cars. To the hotel I hope you know how disgusting you are and how ill mannered your staff is, what I wear should not determine the manner we are treated. Sickening doesn't describe this hotel. *****. There was no information stating I have to pay an extra cost for parking. What do we have to pay just to speak at the people behind the desk? (Sarcasm). NOTE we will not be staying here again. I suppose we won't be the only customers who have decided to support other hotels.
