Flooring disaster

While the end product did end up looking fairly good, neither the quality nor the service offering was what we had been promised. The process was protracted and took several weeks longer than indicated. We found that Bruce, the owner of the business, was abrasive and difficult to work with. I would recommend looking elsewhere for flooring solutions.
