Total disater. He under qouted to get the job. He started 3 weeks late and **** about waiting for product while they were actually fixing another mess The initial product looked good untill they put the sealant on and it made small holes. They took the sealant off 3 time it was still not right and they never returned. Neeless to say we did not pay his last R20 000. He told us he is bankrupt andoes not do floors anymore. Big was our surprise to found out that he is still active in the same company. Now 3 years later we have a lot of problems we had an expert out, tested the floors it seems that the floors at big parts seperate from the screet. Because they did not use bonding agents between the concrete and the floor. According to the expert the small holes in the floor is also due to that. The sealant is flaking off. Its seems that they only put 1 thin layer on. Bruce is unreliable and have very ********* work etics
