Terrible service
<p>Sent 3mail with 4 questions, one question answered. Sent follow up email - no response. Phoned and was promised they would arrange site viewing within 2 days. A week later still heard nothing.</p>

Even sending the reply 3 times does not make it true. The last arrangement we had was that you would contact my wife to arrange a site visit. That site visit never happened and there was no attempt to contact me or my wife. Or is it your business practice to make a rough assessment and if your potential clients would not have access, that they do not even deserve to be informed of this?
