No internet, no support!

My line speed slows down at peak times (a 50mb line slows down to under 2mbps), and whilst the support is quick and effective, there is now support after hours and on weekends. An ISP in this day and age should have some form of support after hours instead of just business hours. I have been without internet for two weekends in a row, and because of the Mon-Fri 08:30 to 17:00 support times, I can do absolutely nothing about it.

It gets two stars because they're a bit cheaper than the rest.
