Friendly staff. Super fast connection. Great support

Cape Connect's claims of providing native IPv6 interested me. I therefore decided to take them up on their offer.

During the sales process, I was told that installation could take four to six weeks.

Two days after ordering, fibre was being pulled to my home.

Four days after ordering I was on line.

The Cape Connect team were friendly and efficient. My only support related issue happened at 11:30pm on a Friday night when my link dropped due to my dog chewing through a cable. The support team identified the problem and had me back up and running within minutes.

My 100Mb FTTH allows me to stream Netflix 4K on two TVs at the same time.

The IPv6 works invisibly without any interaction from my side. IPv6 traffic has priority. Legacy IPv4 traffic flows as one would expect.

I'm amazed how much of the internet runs on IPv6. Cape Connect are on the cutting edge.
