Beware of Cape Connect
The experience I've had with Cape connect is absolutely shocking, after my partner provided feedback on their service he experienced at his offices they cut our internet at my home and claimed that the feedback was a breach of their services.
I'm not even sure how one can defend this type of behaviour but they tried to, many have now come forward saying that they had similar experiences and whenever criticism was given - the situation immediately became hostile.

09 Mar 2021, 17:02I am not looking to have our services turned back on, we have already moved our service providers to a different company. The public should be warned at the level of customer service we received.
In less than an hour after a phonecall to resolve the matter, and an agreement to remove review, our internet was switched off at home without warning or time to even remove said review.

I am not looking to have our services turned back on, we have already moved our service providers to a different company. The public should be warned at the level of customer service we received.
