Amazing service

<p>I live in a complex where Cape Connect provide FTTH services.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 4 May 2016, I app**** for service. By 6 May, I had been vetted, my account had been created, the service had been provisioned and the technicians were pulling the fibre in.</p> <p> </p> <p>I never expected the installation to be this quick.</p> <p> </p> <p>And to think that I did not use them for the first six months of my occupancy because of the ******* others posted about them here...</p> <p> </p> <p>The installers were professional, worked quickly and neatly and even cleaned up after they had drilled holes in my wall to mount the fibre router.</p> <p> </p> <p>Cape Connect's service has been exceptional. Their support technicians guided me through a couple of teething problems over the weekend.</p> <p> </p> <p>The speed is there 24x7. Thus far, downtime has been zero. Ping times on my 5Mb FTTH are much better than I used to experience on my 10Mb ADSL.</p> <p> </p> <p>All in all, very impressive.</p>
