People love to criticise and complain, don't they? Well, praise and compliments are so much more meaningful. A hasty mistake on my part was speedily rectified in the most courteous and patient manner. This occurred with a phone call to Cape Connect, the perfect gentleman being Aldo - what a pleasure to have him solve a problem and improve a situation!
