CapCut Invoice and Animations

I use capcut every day for video editting for work. First of all, the way my animations for In and Out keep dissapearing so cannot keep the videos standard. Aside from this, I have submitted multiple requests to get the invoice for my PRO account and have not received any assistance from anyone.
