Absolutely disgraceful service

If I could give CapCut zero stars, I would. For three months, they’ve been trying to deduct a monthly payment from my account even though I’ve cancelled, emailed multiple times, and followed every single step they instructed. My account doesn’t even exist anymore I can’t log in, retrieve my profile, or access any of my previous videos.

Despite clearly telling them I can’t I no longer want the subscription, they keep trying to take money. Each attempt causes me bank charges, and it’s beyond frustrating. This is not only unprofessional but feels desperate and *********. CapCut, stop trying to deduct from accounts that no longer exist and start caring about your customers. I’m extremely disappointed.
