Unhappy

Good day I paid payment now the designer says he can’t modify my pictures,my order is on hold and am in Johannesburg so what does it mean ,you try to call them ,sometimes they answer and no access to the Leslie for a first time client I mean this ain’t good at all should I now wait for a month to sort this out?
