Poor service from Canvas and Wall

I had a terrible experience with Canvas and Wall. The installed wall paper is not what I approved let alone the poor workmanship. Initially the manager had given as instruction for a reprint and a week later he changed his mind and decided they will repair. How do you repair a print that omitted the detail that was in the approved design. Very poor service 😢
