Bad installation

Canvas and Wall installed my wallpaper and i was not happy with the overlapping of the wallpaper. Requested they fix it for me and I feel they don’t want to help me. Lisa was rude as if I was not supposed to complain as a customer. Terence who has been liaising with me has stopped responding to my emails. All I want is for my wall to be fixed.
