Very dissapointed with my experience

I am beyond disappointed in the service I received from Canvas and More. The business cards I ordered looks extremely unprofessional. The logo is not centered as it is supposed to be. After advising them about this and sending photos I was asked if all the cards looks the same and I confirmed that all of them looks like that and that I cannot use any of them. And then, complete silence. I have emailed and phoned a couple of times. No ones seems to care. They ask for good reviews in return for discount, and then you get nailed like this. I am not impressed.
