Too busy for clients

I ordered a Musical Fridge Magnet from Canvas and More. When it arrived, they had loaded the incorrect song onto it. I emailed them, simply to ask if there was a way for me to change the song myself....crickets. Finally Duran rep**** to ask me what song I had wanted. Since then my follow ups have been ignored. On their whatsapp channel, their feedback is that they too busy to worry about my query. Guess you too busy to accept future orders from me as well
