Still Waiting – Zero Customer Service

I was promised a reprint of my photobook, which was supposed to arrive on Monday, but I’m still waiting. No updates, no responses to my emails, and no one answers calls. After being ignored via email, I had to insist on staying on the line just to get a response. I was finally told I’d receive a call back in 20 minutes—needless to say, that was 9 hours ago.

To make matters worse, the original photobook had ********** print quality, and some of the pages I paid for were missing. The complete lack of customer service has only added to the frustration. I’ve lost all confidence in this company—absolutely unacceptable!
