Still waiting on my order - horrible customer service

I placed an order for delivery on 24 November and ETA for delivery was said to be double the normal delivery times which came to 4 to 6 days. I have not received any feedback from them as to in which process my order is and when delivery would take place. I called them last week Wednesday and my order was still in production. On Friday I called them and they said that I should receive it by either Friday afternoon or Monday. Today I contacted them on Facebook for feedback and I am told that my order is still in the print queue. I have to contact them to receive feedback, they don't update me about my order. I am getting different responses every time. It has been 10 working days and I still haven't received my order. This is unacceptable and the customer service and feedback is sadly the worst you can experience. While I understand it's festive season and they might be delays, getting different responses and feedback is unprofessional and unreliable. I also expect to receive feedback from them regarding delivery, yet I am constantly contacting them.
