Poor service

I submitted my photos for canvas printing on 19 Sep. I was told I needed to allow Google Drive access which I promptly did but got no feedback as to status of my order. After contacting them I was told they would get to it and promised they would compensate for the long delay by sending my order with courier for no charge. I then got an email a few days later that I must arrange collection of my order. I have tried to contact the office for 2 days with absolutely no success. Very fed up with this lack of service
