Poor print quality

I always oder from Canvas and More. I did not hesitate to order again but this time around I have changed my mind. I have other orders to compare quality.

Just too bad the quality of my prints was so poor after the order was printed twice. It was confirmed by management that it is not my image quality sent.

Then I do not understand why prints will be sent to customers in that manner twice...
