pathetic after sales service from canvas and more

purchased a product in August to Surprise my wife on her birthday, upon recieving the product i noticed an issue and i contacted them via whatsapp and email on the 04-08-2025 (DAY RECIEVED) and reported the issue, to date ive been sending mails - they dont even respond to emails properly and if they do reply , their reply is "ill forward your email to the correct department" , looks like they cant even find the correct department themselves to sort out customer issues - would not recomend these guys as they have a PATHETIC after sales service, 1 star is to much for these guys
