Overall I always receive EXCELLENT products and services

I've ordered a lot of customize products from Cavas and More and ALWAYS recieves excellent quality products and their client services are amazing too. This is the only place I'm using for customize products. Reason for my 4 star rating is, earlier this month I ordered a frame with a printed photo. The photo didn't came out as I thought it'll be. It looks awful! I e-mail Canvas and More and they responded very quickly to my complaint. They don't do refunds but they're willing to re - print the photo for me after I've send them the original photo. I wish they want to send a copy of photo prints for client approval before continue with the order. If they did, my order would've been 100% perfect. Next time I'll rather email them and make double sure my photo will come out nicely when printed. Overall they're amazing and I'll use them again and they respond to queries very quickly. I can highly recommend Canvas and More.
