Over Promise with Zero Delivery

This business used to be efficient and provide a great product with good service, however its sadly apparent they have grown too fast and are now not able to deliver or meet their commitments.

You are unable to speak to an actual person, only getting an automated response and items ordered for Christmas will not be received as they are too swamped to meet their commitments, however continue to promote and sell, wnowing they cannot handle the current volumes.

I am so so dissapointed.
