Misleading information about orders

I placed an order and added a product to the same order, finding out that their turnaround time and delivery would not suit my order as I required the order before a certain time due to it being a gift, I was told that if I paid an extra R110 my order would become a priority and would be dispatched by Monday, 21 July 2025. I chatted to someone at Canvas and More on whatsapp, never once did they inform me who they were, and they took a very long time to respond, I realise peiple are busy, but then wjy have a whatsapp messaging service for your business. In any event, I was told that my order will be prioritised and that I was welcome to check in during the day today, I was totally ignored after that and when I sent them an email during today I received an email back stating the following: Your order is in production.

Our usual turnaround time for production is 3-5 working days and then we allow 2-4 working days for the courier. You will receive e-mail updates on the progress of your order.

I trust that you find this in order.

This is unacceptable especially after being reassured that my order had become a priority after paying their R110 priority fee.

I am totally disappointed in their service and will never order from them again.

I still have no updates regarding my order and am very disappointed. I am very hesitant to order from them again and will warn family and friends about my terrible and unprofessional experience with them.
