Horrible and total unprofessional service

Placed an order on 11th November 2025. They confirmed receipt of my order on the same day and indicated my order was assigned to Tyron Vlotman. On the 15th November Tyron sends an email to say he didn’t receive my updated images and I sent these to him on the same date and ask him to confirm which images are bad so I can send other images from the the problem ones identified. No response from Tyron up until today. On the 19th November I call and speak to Paul who assures me the email has been received, images are ok and will proceed to production. Then on the 20th there’s another email Azette advising me Tyrone says image quality is still not good again I respond and advise all of the above and again ask them which of the images sent are not good so I can choose and send better images. I am again assured by Joanne Norman this time that Tyron will be continuing with my order. Yesterday now 7 days later I send another follow up. The response 2 of my images aren’t clear or if good quality no indication of what these images are once again. There service is sloppy, responses are curt, unclear and their is no pride in giving a detailed response. This is my first time and definitely my last time ordering. I have requested for my order to be canceled and a full refund. Let’s see how long we wait for this to be actioned
