Disappointed with material

This is the first time I have purchased from canvas & more after watching multiple videos of their excellent work and efficient services. Personally, they have provided efficient services and where very reasonable. However, the product I had purchased which was a 610 x 30m canvas roll was below satisfactory. It is thin and also does not fit in my ****l which is 50mm. But the material itself is cheaper canvas than what I use. When you stretch the canvas it easily distorts the picture. Very thin quality and not very conducive to my canvas framing products. I also enquired before purchase if it would fit on my ****l and now that I have it, it's slightly off, as in loose. This is my first purchase and I do hope there will be improvements on this for prospective small businesses. Thank you.
