Disappointed

I placed an online order for anniversary gifts for my parents and grandparents. The order arrived and part of the design was just about invisible. I emailed their support and was immediately assisted and they did a reprint for me. However, upon receiving the reprint it was only mildly visible. A small improvement at best. Their support and responsiveness were much appreciated, however i'm a little disappointed with the results and how they got passed quality control.
