Their service is amazing, I bought their special over 2 years ago if not more. I recently called them fearing my buy has expired or they'll tell me stories, by just making one call, no reference i just provided the lady with my name, she asked some security questions and she was more than happy to assist. No extra charge, no funny questions, i was provided my reference an email to send my photos and since then i've been updated every step of the process.
