Canvas and more poor quality

I’ve ordered from canvas and more 4 times in my lifetime (their prices are good). 4/4 times I’ve had problems with my order. The first 2 times, items in my order were missing, the 3rd time, it look them weeks to deliver, each time I followed up, I was told it was the logistics company and not their problem, 4th time, the item they sent me was so poorly made and skew, that I was not able to use it. Try and get a hold of them on WhatsApp? Impossible. When you do get a hold of them, they tell you send an email. Why can’t they help you quicker? I’m very disappointed. With my last order, I wanted to gift the item I bought, my husband had to take it apart and fix it himself, to make it somewhat useable. After several back and forth and telling me that I am wrong, canvas and more said they would fix the item and send it back. What’s the use of that canvas and more when one makes an order to have by a specific date? Sending it back would be I would not be able to gift it anymore. I wanted a refund and they could get their low quality product back, but no, they refused to help. Refunds are not possible. Never again will I make use of your service. Pathetic
