CANVAS AND MORE - Excellent service!!

It is exceedingly rare to buy a uniquely use a business and receive feedback that makes sense. ....Rare, but possible! Try ordering Canvas Prints from Canvas and More, @canvasandmoreSA , @canvasandmoresa (Twitter), and you will understand what I mean. My order was placed and paid for and within less than a day I received a mail from them informing me that a designer by the name of Jason would be in contact with the mock-ups. I received the mail as promised and it was done exactly as I requested. I realised that three of the pictures was not to my liking because the quality that I sent was not perfect. I replaced two with new ones and requested that he try and help with the re-mastering of a 17-year-old picture. He went out of his way to try and get the picture to the best quality he could....I was beyond happy and impressed. This is not really what this review is all about. It is about more to do with their workflow and the feedback process linked to it. I have been getting feedback emails explaining exactly where my order is and what will happen next. Up to now I have not had to wonder what is going on. Apart from that, they are making me feel that I am a part of every step. I cannot wait to see the final product and I will surely give a review on that.
