Bad service and understanding

My wife (Lynri) spoke to numerous people at this company to have the order corrected and every time the same stuff is sent. You get passed around like a ping pong ball and no one understands the requirement. After 3 attempts, now everyone is just ignoring her. They say they would go out of their way to make sure the client is satisfied, but in reality they do not. Sorry i do not recommend them to anyone.
