Twice I have ordered and paid extra for expedited delivery.

Twice they’ve done the same thing: they charge you for a quick delivery then don’t even start production in the time they say they’ll deliver.

Twice they’ve done the same thing to me. I order and pay extra. The next morning they call because their horrible site , they claim, didn’t capture the colours of the caps. So they manually take your order and just NEVER put it into production and hope you forget.

When you follow up, they will ask you a 3rd time what you want and then you’ll get it 3 or more days later.

So where is my refund for the “fast” delivery? Last time I had to follow up and waited well over a week for my 48 hour delivery .
