Very Bad delivery or service

Ordered a black friday special that was buy one 6 piece and get another 6 Piece free for R299 plus shipping....Uploaded al my photos on the 10th December and payed....Order was only delivered 22nd December....Ok they said that it was a hectic November month with Black November but that is not the customer problem if you communicate 3-5 days on your website and checkout process....To my surprise I also only received 6 of the 12 photos...And try to call them or message them,no answer....Now all you get is an automated reply saying they only open 5th January...Sorry to everyone whos christmas gifts will be late.
