Exstremly poor services
The worst place to canvases from I would never reccomend them to anyone I orderd 3 of the A5 canvases by them 2 of my canvases is way to dark compair to the original foto's i have send them The other one is also not When i sended a whatsapp they said they can't promise that the colour will be like the original foto the back of the canvases is uneven cutted and does not look neat then they told me they never had complaints with the back of the canvases and they will not redo or refund me for there mistakes i have to send it back on my cost and they will see if they will refund or redo the canvases Will never order again

NO DELIVERY ON. ORDER
I placed and paid for an order for fathers day on 8 June and still NO delivery. Emailed no response. Even said I will use my own courier because they are faster. Phoned now. Only in production now?????? Sh@$tty service. Shame on you!!!

I placed and paid for an order for fathers day on 8 June and still NO delivery. Emailed no response. Even said I will use my own courier because they are faster. Phoned now. Only in production now?????? Sh@$tty service. Shame on you!!!

R700 A0 Canvas - Subject cropped, No mockup, Refused refund or reprint
I ordered A0 Canvas for R700, received it with head, hands and legs cropped off. No mockup was sent for approval despite the imagine being square vs rectangular. Company refused to reprint or refund, rep**** "Have a nice day" when i complained which i found very rude and unprofessional.

Delayed shipment
I ordered 3 canvases on 19 January and still have not received any delivery. Very unresponsive on whatsapp - when I demanded I want to cancel and be refunded, I was told it is already processed.... another week later and still nothing :-(

Also have the worst experience with them. Paid for my order on the 5th of December 2025! And still up until today, the 26th of January 2026, still I have NO communication from them, nobody answers the phone. They don't respond to emails. I will NEVER purchase anything from these "*****sters" again. Beware of these ****mers!
