Terrible customer service, delay in delivery

Hi there, I placed an order on Sunday. When I ordered, at check out, it said 3-5 business days. I have a screen shot of this. Now I am told that the fine print says 3-5 and an additional 2-4 business days for delivery. This is unhelpful to me as I purchased gifts and needed delivery withing the 5 day time frame. I am now told no refund and that the business owner will not speak to me. I have a screenshot of that too. This is unacceptable service. I just want to speak to someone that cares about their business. I would definitely not recommend a business that shows this level of disregard for their clients. Please will the owner contact me.
