No product and no answer?

I have placed my order of 6x A3 canvases at the end of November already. They estimate delivery 3-5 Business days. They have still not shipped my order yet and it is all Christmas gifts. They only communication I have received is them saying if the order was placed before 12 December they will ship in time for Christmas.

I have been calling for more than a week every day, numerous times a day, with no answer of call backs.

This is very unprofessional and utterly poor customer service!
