Missing their own deadline dates and not following through with their promise

I placed an order on the 13th of December (their deadline for Christmas orders)

I only received a response on the Saturday advising one of the photos we chose won't work. Due to limited signal and not expecting an email over the weekend I responded the following working day being on Tuesday. I called them to ensure my order will be ready before Xmas and was promised it would be. Today when following up they advised due to me only responding after their deadline date (which they only notified me of the error after deadline date) the order will only be done in the new year. No recordings get done either for them to pick up who I initially spoke to. This was the first time using their services after I normally source services from canvas and more. I will much rather stick to the business I know atleast delivers on their customers promises.
