Canvas & Gifts - ********** Customer Experience from placing order to receiving it

Not bad mouthing them maybe it’s just with my order . Placed an order on the 27th November 2025. After their website said it takes 3-5 business days . And today it’s the 06th of December 2025… 8 business days . If I do not receive it in two days time it would be 2 full weeks from when the order was paid and placed .

You’re basically expected to me guessing on the progress of your order since the 3-5 business days is not met. I think they need to improve on the customer experience . Once again this was my first order testing to see how they do things before placing a Mega one .

I can’t say “hey guys don’t order from them” but I can share my personal customer experience with them.

Note: Please kindly figure out how to improve the communication aspect of your business to clients .
