Worst Customer Service Ever!

Those people have the worst customer service ever. They have been giving me the run around the whole week and now they are ignoring me. I have been asking for my tracking link and every time its the same thing, they tell me "late today". They should find a better way to deal with customers. I'm very disappointed, thought they were professionals!
