Disappointed
⭐ 1 star Extremely disappointing experience with Candy Wrap. I placed and paid for order #11666 on 18 July 2026 for a personalised Samsung A56 phone cover. The total payment was R350, including R100 for door-to-door delivery. Candy Wrap stated that the order would be dispatched within 10 to 14 working days. It is now 25 August 2026, well beyond that timeframe, and I have received no product, no dispatch confirmation and no tracking information. Even worse, I have repeatedly tried contacting the company by email, telephone and WhatsApp, but have received absolutely no response. Delays can happen, but completely ignoring a paying customer is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Candy Wrap. I will update this review if they finally deliver the product or issue a full refund.
