So disappointed in candy wrap

I received my order and I wasn’t happy about it I ordered 2 cups from candy wraps one was in good condition and the other one’s handle is broken.It took the a month mine while they said that their order are delivered within 14 business working days.I was so disappointed coming to think that I would have been the best birthday gift I would have bought my younger sibling
