Shocking service

<p>About 3 weeks before Easter I ordered 5 Easter bags from Candywrap. It is now 6 weeks after Easter and I am still sitting without the items I ordered. Stories after stories whenever you speak to the owner. Now, after eventually getting angry, she turns around and says I said I don't want the bags. Yes, as I said, I don't want them, I want my money back. However, she said she wouldn't give me my money back! So, now apparently that means I don't mind throwing R500 away, literally! As she was planning on binning my order. For some reason however, this story of my saying she didn't have to send the order to me, didn't come to mind when I asked her 5 days ago what was happening. The answer then was that she would follow up. Clearly talking herself into circles! Don't ever order from this place! If you ever get your order, chances are it won't be in time for what you need it for. Her 5 days to get the order to me has turned into about 9 weeks still with nothing in hand. </p>
